Very happy with the three nights we spent at this hotel. The staff are helpful and friendly. Our room overlooked the swimming pool and was spacious and very clean. No, it’s not 5 star by European standards and there are some minor aspects of service and decor which could be improved upon. But generally, the hotel is smart and clean through the hard work of staff. We ate in the restaurant which was fine; the lamb tagine one night was very tasty. Not so much on offer for vegetarians. The one disappointment was the lack of food available at the snack bar - maybe the outside oven had temporarily broken, we didn’t find out. The gardens are extremely attractive, well maintained and the swimming pool was nice to swim in. The hotel is no more than 10 minutes drive to Jemaa el fna square, there are always taxis outside. There is a small shop opposite on the left to buy bottled water and snacks. A short walk to the right there is a smart shopping centre which might be useful. We didn’t use all the facilities at this hotel but would have been happy to have stayed longer, enjoying the relaxed, comfortable surroundings.

It takes 5-10 minutes on taxiBut the important points for select this hotel is very good stuff. They hep us resolve all problems and provide very professional service

Hotel is beautiful. Service is great. There is a great variety of food to eat. It is clean. I went to hammam and spa and had a great experience. Pool is humungous but the water was cold. There are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas and a snack bar by the pool. the only thing that bothered me was the smell coming out of the bathroom, but if the lid was kept closed, it was fine. I had a nice balcony and a pleasant stay.

Rooms quite good, nicely appointed and had a good breakfast. The main downside was that the rooms were very warm and the AC had not been switched on. You could open the windows but that was not necessarily safe. Some of our group complained about noise but it did not affect us. The pool was lovely but freezing. Not walking distance to the centre but quite close to the airport and some plane noise inevitable. Nearby there is a supermarket and some (mainly chain) restaurants.

I never leave reviews but this place definitely deserves oneFrom the moment you get out of your taxi you are greeted with a smile and you feel very welcome and diversity is celebrated The staff are absolutely a blessing to the place French is widely spoken and their English is amazing too ! We stayed 7 nights In total and I would recommend getting the breakfast included with your stay as the closest thing would be the grocery store for maybe some breads and fruit (but why bother when you can get all you can get included ) It consists of buffet style with fresh fruit, pastries , breads, omelettes and Moroccan mint tea every morning ! The dinner was a little expensive when we first arrived there wasn’t much left and it was still €20 each for one plate which was half full & can be difficult if you’re veggie or vegan But that is the only bad thing to review The snack bar does amazingly fresh pizza ,sandwiches and pasta Especially the aribiata with extra sauce Delicious The beer however is quiet expensive for the little size of the bottle I found , (€6 for a 300ml bottle €4.50 for 275ml Heineken) however I understand it is not a drinking culture or environment as such It’s a very calm environment, we didn’t get to see the club or Thai restaurant as I assume it only opens for July and august months which is unfortunate But the piano bar is usually quiet with nice music - (but a lot smoke indoors which may be difficult for some to tolerate )Otherwise , beautiful and relaxing It’s about 15 mins from mèdina, 555 club , new town and 12 to the airport So it’s very well situated And the tour guides will pick you up from the front door and drop you back - I definitely recommend the tour of the mèdina assisted as it can be quite intimidating alone as a tourist & Ali was absolutely incredible as a guide ! 10/10 would recommend this place and will be returning next year

Having read the reviews I was a little apprehensive about the hotel but all that went as soon as we arrived. The hotel is about 10 mins drive from the airport & very nicely presented on the outside as well as inside. I was allocated a spacious double room overlooking the car park & road it wasn't too noisy, but bear in mind you are on the flight path route so some mornings there are planes about 7am. The staff are very friendly but it would be good to be given some information on amenities in the hotel on arrival as there is no information in the rooms. You can change money at reception & there is also a cashmachine located in the lobbyThe room was very clean & lots of wardrobe space, bathroom was nice but quite a high step to get into the bath for a shower. Shower was always hot & good pressure. There is a fridge in the room but not kettleThe breakfast was brilliant, such a variety, would try & avoid the 9am rush though. We ate once in the restaurant for the evening, was expensive for a buffet selection. The Thai wasn't open so can't comment on that one. We had lunch at the snack bar a couple of times, it was basic but nice if you want something quick like a sandwich.The pool is lovely but not heated, quite a shock to the system! Sunbeds & towels go quite quickly & if you want all day sun then stick to the reception side of the pool. There is a resident dj, he played some quite chilled ibiza type music except on Friday, then it was Arabic disco!! The gardens are beautifully maintained around the poolThere is a shop across the road for water & snacks and further along the road a really nice shopping mall (can recommend the Italian for a meal!) There is also a big carrefour inside as well. Outside the hotel are taxis, a lot easier to get to the medina which is about 15 mins drive. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Lovely hotel and great location. Only 5mins in a taxi from the airport, as well as into the main areas of the city. Staff are very helpful and will help you to arrange trips around the city. Across the road there is a small shop with most necessities that you may need. In the other direction, a 10mins walk away there is a small shopping centre with restaurants and Carrefour.
